Qualifications:

The Senior Consultant for the SaaS Practice will be responsible for the implementation of Client's on-demand consulting practice (SaaS) SalesForce.com (SFDC) client projects.

The Senior Consultant is a client-facing position that requires consulting expertise, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry acumen, and strong client relationship skills.

The Senior Consultant may hold end-to-end engagement responsibilities including requirements gathering and documentation, implementation, knowledge transfer (training), and overseeing the production of deliverables.

Engagements will require the hands-on participation of the Senior Consultant as a subject matter expert and/or application expert.

Client Delivery - Assist Sales in development of prototype demonstrations as assigned by management - Manage and complete system configuration and user setup as needed

Document and implement configuration changes and data mapping requirements as needed for the engagement

Manage and execute on the process of gathering, documenting, and maintaining business/process workflows following standard processes and procedures (business process reviews

Work with assigned Project Managers to fully communicate requirements to the technical team and with clients before solutions are designed and implemented

Provide quality assurance on client deliverables

Disclose appropriate, known risks and limitations to the project manager assigned to the engagement

Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams

Provide support for time tracking, reporting, and issue resolution on projects

Develop client training plan and lead train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions as required

Work with internal resources (technical and administrative) to execute and document projects at the client site as needed

Attain or exceed personal billable utilization target - Travel (up to 25%) as needed

Provide professional, clear, unambiguous, and complete written and verbal communication that ensures that the intended audience receives information appropriately

Achieve and Maintain Salesforce.com product certifications

Ability to advise and direct clients on best practices for both business process and Salesforce.com and Financial Force optimization Experience Required

S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience

5 - 10 years in one of the following: consulting or client service delivery

2-5 years' experience contributing as a direct resource on enterprise software deployments

2-5 years CRM/PS application experience - Experience with system implementation, analysis, and data modeling. Deep Knowledge of CRM systems and implementation required, specifically with Salesforce.com and/or Financial Force

Business Process Engineering / Re-engineering background, in the areas of sales, marketing, and/or customer support

Proven ability to manage and oversee complex, together with fast-moving,projects in a company experiencing rapid growth

Advanced external client management and client relationship building skills

Proven track record of customer focus including the ability to foster long-term client relationships

Excellent written and oral communication and relationship building skills

Advanced group facilitation and presentation skills

Ability to establish and maintain focus including solid time management skills

Be self-motivated and driven to exceed customer and project goals, while contributing to a successful team and dealing with a wide variety of competing demands

Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse spectrum of individuals, including C-Level executives, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT staff - Software application proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio - Proven ability to work with a remote team and sales force
