· 15 years of IT experience, with 3 years' of .NET lead experience
· Objective C / C / C++
· Hands on background working with Xamarin. IOS, Xamarin. Forms
· Leading a team Offshore
· Strong production support, troubleshooting experience
· Strong understanding of emerging technologies
· Experience with formal software delivery and quality methodologies
· Knowledge of working with SAP solutions, SUP, and Afaria
· Strong understanding of mobile platforms, device manufacturers, mobile browsers, and device management
· Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of multiple teams
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent communication and documentation skills
· Strong leadership experience is a MUST!
