Qualifications:
· Knowledge and experience with IBM Websphere DataStage Server Edition jobs for Enterprise Data Warehouse, in an IBM DB2 Linux with DPF environment.
· Knowledge and working experience with Data modeling, Data Warehousing, ETL, DB2, SQL Server, and Business Objects reporting
· Experience in data-related technology initiatives, including DataStage and Transformation server data generation and conversions
· Experience in creating design and documentation at an application or function capability level
· Experience in providing estimates for the ETL projects including testing, documentation, and implementation
· Experience in environment standards for design, development, and documentation processes.
· Strong ability to apply analytical skills in dealing with issues
· Background working with industry leading EDM tools is a plus
· Experience with a successful data warehouse implementation is highly desirable. Familiar with shell scripting and its applied usage
· Excellent communication skills; effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the customer's IT organization
