Location: Duluth, GA

 

1)    WMS Project Manager

Client is looking to add a WMS Project Manager to their team for a 10 month assignment.

 

Project /Practice Management:

·         Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

·         Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

·         Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

·         Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

·         Acts as a technical and professional leader, providing guidance, direction, and training to the project team members as necessary.

·         Improves PMO services and the overall quality of projects.

·         May communicate with Senior Management regarding the status of specific projects.

Develop Resources Plan:

·         Provides input to ensure adequate project staffing, budgeting and resource management.

·         This project is specific to implementing Manhattan Associates warehouse management software throughout the client's network.

·         This project manager should have working knowledge of supply chain and warehousing concepts.

2)      WMS Tester
Client is looking to add a WMS Tester to their team for a 10 month assignment.  Tester will write scripts and executes test cases during functional/system/integration testing.  Will analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test cases/scripts.  Will write detailed defect reports and work with developers and other project team members to resolution.

Candidate Must Possess:

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         The ability to work independently with limited direction.

·         The ability to adapt to a wide variety of situations.

·         Demonstrated experience in multiple test techniques.

·         Ability to convert Business and System requirements into positive and negative test cases.

Required Technical Skill Set:

·         5 to 7 years' experience in testing.

·         Experience writing test cases, creating bug reports, executing and tracking testing assignments.

·         Experience in data validation and cross-system testing.

·         Experience in client server testing.

·         Experience in testing in batch and interactive mainframe environments.

·         Experience with HP QC for test case and defect management.

·         Experience with Unix, Oracle, and SQL.

·         Understanding of retail concepts a plus.

·         Prior experience with Manhattan Associates WMS is required.

3)      WMS DevOps Engineer
Client is looking to add a WMS DevOps Engineer to their team for a 12 month assignment.  Engineer will work with application development team on builds and releases. 

Responsibilities Include:

·         Automate/script build and deployment processes in an Agile CI environment. 

·         Manage the release pipeline and Help with maintaining code branches, and code merges as necessary

·         Troubleshoot issues with builds and deployment and offer solutions

·         Identify and eliminate waste in software development and release life cycle

Required skills:

·         5+ Experience working as a dev-ops engineer on Websphere/JBoss/Weblogic based development projects

·         3+ experience with ant/maven scripting

·         3+ experience using continuous integration tools like jenkins/hudson etc

·         3+ experience scripting on Unix shell

·         Experience working with SCM tools like Subversion/CVS etc

·         Working knowledge of J2EE based web applications
