Job Description :

 

8-10YEAR Required Skill(s) PeopleSoft Functional Consulting

Essential Skill(s) : PeopleSoft Core Financials Functional

 

PeopleSoft Functional expertise. AP, GL, Month-end, year-end processing. Working with business and IT teams on Finance related enhancements, interfacing with other teams on integration activities.

Strong understanding of functional process and data flow.

Working with offshore teams on global delivery model, liasing with center of excellence team for driving process efficiencies.

 

Skill and Experience Details:

PeopleSoft Functional Consulting(L1)-Advanced functional expertise in PSFT product corresponding to the functional domain in consideration. Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities. Ability to train power users, design, develop and troubleshoot applications. Has experience across implementation and support projects and has knowledge of other types of projects - upgrade, migration and consolidation. Is able to understand other functional areas in the sense of how they relate to his or her expertise. Knowledge of business processes, representation of the same, and basic knowledge of process reengineering. Has a understanding of processes core domains (Fin, HCM primarily).
