Job Description


Implementation Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Define & maintain all implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle; coordinate documentation when needed.
2. Arrange customer training and align training with customer goals.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises, and escalating appropriately as needed.
4. Maintain timelines and target dates in Microsoft Project and Share Point.
Product Development Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Define & maintain all product development processes, manage software development lifecycle in working with ADHS IT and other consultants.

Job Description: Certified Project Manager
1. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other agile project related meetings.
2. Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
3. Facilitate productivity by ensuring that the team has tools to succeed.
4. Find and work to remove development and project roadblocks; motivates the development team and keep them excited to move forward; protects the team from outside distractions.
5. Manage the team timelines - Ensure that daily, sprint and release commitments are being upheld.
6. Work collaboratively with Program Administrator to ensure the daily, weekly, monthly and overall project deliverables meet the established timelines.
7. Create change requests for projects as needed.
8. Lead risk assessments with the OHCD team when identified risk becomes 70% likely to occur.
9. Create mitigation plans on identified risks.

4. Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.

2. Certified in project management is preferred.
B. Experience:
1. Preferably 1-2 years of project management experience.
2. 1-2 years' experience in the healthcare industry and/or software development industry is a plus.
