Technical/Functional Skills :
· Test Lead for a POS in Retalix Solution.
· Understanding Business process requirements for the entire Retalix Product
· Experience in implementing solution from the retail perspective
· Knowledgeable in mobile device testing like IPAD,IPOD,TABLET etc….
· Writing Integration Test scenarios for the Integration Touch points like Printer integration,Hand Scanner integration, Mag Stripe integration
· Estimating change requests
· Single Point of contact between Project Management Consultant and Individual BPO Test Leads
· Perform Risk – Mitigation Analysis and recommend a Mitigation plan
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Come up with overall Test Schedule and track the overall Test schedule progress as per planned estimates
· Help PMC drive the Project Level Testing to keep moving on schedule and reporting the progress
· Provide a detailed Risk-Mitigation analysis for the project
· Using the requirement management tool to generate test cases from the requirements
· Co-ordinate with the Business Clients for System Test and User Acceptance Test.
· Testing of changes
· Using Test coverage analyzer to find the flows which are not tested
· Carry out root cause analysis of the schedule delays and Project dependencies.
· Drive the defect tracking meetings and report defect tracking status for the entire project
· Ensure the defects are getting resolved and are not impacting the Testing deliverables and testing schedule in any manner
