Position: Functional Lead, PeopleSoft Core HR & Recruiting
Location: Dallas, TX, United States
Length: Long Term
My Client in Dallas has an excellent opportunity for a Functional Lead to manage projects and serve as our primary customer contact for employees using PeopleSoft in our Core HR & Recruiting areas.
As our Functional Lead for the PeopleSoft Core HR & Recruiting areas, you will define and maintain project plan and schedules, including project scope, timelines and deliverables, and will prepare and complete testing of functional specifications to prepare for our PeopleSoft HCM9.1 implementation.
Specifically, you will be responsible for providing support with Position Management, Multiple Jobs, Person Model, Approval Workflow Engine, Manager Self Service, Employee Self Service, Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Management along with overall configuration knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM.
Job Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of business systems and/or project experience, including exposure to systems or project development and testing, implementation and training.
