Job Title: Systems Analyst with Call Center Experience
Duration: 3+ months
Location: Hopewell, NJ, US
Need EAD GC/GC/US citizen/TN visa consultant
Qualifications:
Need candidates who can come for in-person interview
1. Experience working in technology organizations supporting Call Centers and familiar with the domain, someone who would share her/his know-how from their prior engagements.
2. Truly capable of facilitating sessions with business/operations partners and engage them into brainstorming sessions to gather and refine requirements.
3. Both waterfall as well as agile methodology exposure is required.
4. Both BRD, HLD and Agile user stories are required. Use cases and use cases relationship diagrams are required.
5. Former background in software development is necessary as well candidate has to communicate with development teams and developers • therefore has to be able to grasp constraints and ideas and translate into requirements proposals to business.
