Mandatory Technical Skills:                     

Hands on experience in Siebel CRM
• Have played the role of Siebel business analyst for customers across Telecom industry
• Functional knowledge in Quote Management, CPQ (Quote Management, Pricing Modelling, Discount Metrices, Dynamic Pricer, Renewals Management) in Siebel eCommunication
• CRM Subject Matter Expert for Quote, Product Configuration and Pricing set up
• Experience of Siebel CRM solution design and Fit Gap Analysis
• Customer Facing and good oral and written communication skill.
 

Mandatory Functional Skills:                   

·         Must have executed minimum of 2 Full life-cycle Siebel projects as Project manager.

·         Responsible for preparation and acceptance of project plan and project status reports, issue log, risk log

·         Responsible for identifying, tracking and ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, while ensuring quality, and are signed-off by the respective project team

·         Telecom business domain knowledge preferred
