Need GC/GC-EAD/TN/Citizens

 

Position: QAT Lead

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: 10 Months Contract

 

Qualifications:

Need candidates who can come for in-person interview and should have strong Health Care Payer experience

 

Manual Testing :

·         Create Test Strategy

Test Automation :

·         Create Automation Test Strategy

Performance Testing :

·         Create Performance Test Strategy

Generic :

·         Requirements gathering, Analysis and scenario preparation

·         Track and report status of the project activities

·         Issue Handling, Risk Management

·         Estimation and Test planning

·         Ensure implementation of good design guidelines

·         Responsible for Project commitments

·         Mentor the junior team leads and members

·         Ensure implementation of the best practices in the day to day project activities

·         Coordinate with stakeholders and other support groups

·         Manage large teams or multiple projects.

 

Required Qualifications:

·         Test Management - Test Management Best Practices   

·         Test Management - Test Plan Creation

·         Test Management - Test Strategy Creation
