1- Good Development experience in ASP.Net,  T-SQL
2- Experience in designing applications - High Level And Low Level Design
3- Assign and manage the activities with the offshore development team
4- Experience in working/coordinating with support groups such as DBAs, Testing team etc
5- Good verbal and written communication Skills
