Need GC/GC-EAD/TN/Citizens
Position: Lead SQL Loader & PL/SQL Developer
Location: San Diego, California
Duration: 4 Months Contract
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
· Lead the migration development effort of large data from existing environment to a new environment
· Assess the data size, environment features and business requirements to recommend best (and technically feasible) migration approaches
· Performance benchmarking of the migration through various technical stages and optimize the bottlenecks that lead to enhanced migration time.
· Suggest Technical and process alternatives to enhance migration performance, sanity checks, etc.
· Migration tool development
· Develop the programs to migrate the data (Migration Tool),
· Test the migration tool
· Document results
· Debug and troubleshoot issues/defects
· Communicate with the client methodically and prepare reports as required
Technical/Tools Expertise:
· Prior working experience on a large data migration project
· Hands-on development experience on creation of PL/SQL based routines/SP, Query optimization, Process Performance enhancement
· Hands on working experience with SQL Loader, SQL Plus
· UNIX Shell scripts development
Required Qualifications:
· Data Migration - Data Cleansing
· Data Migration - Data Quality Analysis
· PL/SQL Development
· Unix
