Job Title:Test Lead 

Location:Quincy, Massachusetts. 

Duration:6+ months Contract

Interview process: Phone/Skype Interview

Required Skills:

5+ years of testing experience 

3+ years as a lead

Strong customer facing skills, oral and written communication skills, prior experience as a lead business analyst / and or testing lead. 

Prior Experience working at a Health Insurance Carrier and/or with health insurance EDI

Individuals must be senior with a proven ability to manage the activities of a group of individuals 

Individuals must be able to display the ability to handle multiple competing priorities

Individuals must be able to plan, schedule, co-ordinate, and execute testing activities on an aggressive timeline.

Highly Desirable: 

Should display the ability to create and manage to a well-defined project plan

Support CCA Carrier Engagement managers to facilitate Carrier meetings and prepare communications.

Co-ordinate activities to answer questions and resolve testing issues for carrier interfaces. (834, 820 and Rating)
