Job Title : Senior Java Developer 
Location : Boston, MA
Duration : 12+ Months Contract

 
Interview process: Phone interview followed by in-person
 
Minimum Requirements:
*Strong database skills (Sybase and Oracle) – good work with PL/SQL – stored procedures…
*7+ years of experience - strong Java 6 - JSP, Struts
*Some experience with Abinitio or comparable ETL platform, such as Informatica, Talend, MS SQL Server's SSIS, Oracle's Warehouse Builder...
*Experience with Performance attribution a strong plus - experience in investment sector overall a strong positive
*Knowledge of Index providers and market data vendor feeds a plus
 
Description:
Client’s Data Systems team is seeking 2 contractors to support custom benchmark development for the Relational Index Tracking System - RITS. RITS is the system of record responsible for tracking index constituents, weights, and security prices of all major indices in the financial industry. It is a core system used by compliance, portfolio construction and perform.  For this role we need Developers to have some experience on  Ab Initio or comparable ETL platform, i.e. Informatica, Talend, MS SQL Server's SSIS, Oracle's Warehouse Builder
