Currently looking for a ScrumMaster to serve as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Development Team Lead working onsite with large global oil and gas clients managing dynamic onshore (and even possibly offshore) development teams while facilitating the Agile process and working with the projects participating stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions.
The ScrumMaster will work as a member of our Global Oil and Gas Practice which interfaces directly with our client's leadership team along with CGI's Oil and Gas Delivery and Sales team members.

As a ScrumMaster you will need to show demonstrate success with the following skills:

Politically Savvy – Be able to work/collaborate/communicate effectively with upper management, stakeholders and other external dependencies.
Evangelist -Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices, and rules"

Attitude of empowerment - Must be able to lead a team to self-organization

Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development
Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise
Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
Sr. to Architect level .Net Development experience utilizing .Net 3.0-4.5, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
Solid understanding of the Oil and Gas industry and a variety of past experience teaching and mentoring team members on Scrum/Agile methodology.
