Hyperion Infrastructure Admin

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Location: Harrisburg, PA

 

Responsibilities

- Patches/Fixes and Upgrades to the Hyperion EPM System

 -Oracle Liaison for Trouble Tickets/Resolution to issues in Hyperion

-DR Testing Conditions

-Dvlp/Test systems REFRESH Coordination

-Automate scripts for restart of entire system for troubles or weekly preventative restart

 -Scope is global with approx. 600 users

-Log maintenance and archiving Automation

-Training of other support resources on Hyperion infrastructure

 -24x7 on-call support (rotating)

-Performance monitoring JVM and Tuning for Hyperion stability

-Automated Monitoring scripts/SiteScope tools to create Early Warning Tickets and/or Restarts of Services

-Build Change Control Process in Hyperion to meet Audit requirements.

-Participate in Hyperion software upgrades, patches, add-on installations, configs, and support.

Additional Skills

 -Knowledge of Windows VM environments housing the Hyperion EPM System

-Understanding of Firewall/Encryption/Secure internal network security

-Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory interface to Hyperion

-Java J2EE experience is a plus

-Oracle DB knowledge is a plus

-Strong customer focus
