Title: SAP SRM Business Process Analyst
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6+ months
KEY SKILLS: Procurement business knowledge, understanding the business parts of the SRM activity ( NON TECHNICAL ), understand how to make UPK training materials, Change Management, Procure to Pay
Job Responsibilities:
§ Communication plan development, execution and stewardship
§ Develop communications for project
§ Training plan development, planning, execution and stewardship
Develop training materials in UPK (On-Demand)
§ Conduct training
§ Responsible for the overall Business Change Management plan, including stewardship of Business Process Changes (BPC's)
§ Develop and steward business/technical integrated plan
§ Develop material and conduct monthly SME's network calls. Maintain the SME list up to date
§ and ensure all groups impacted are represented (including onboarding of new members)
§ Develop the stakeholders analysis for project
§ Organize project cross process workshops
§ Coordinate internal team activities, including meetings/agendas, document management responsibilities
§ Support execution of URT Testing
§ Supplier Engagement Development, Planning and Execution
§ Develop Cutover and Go-Live Support plans
§ Provide warranty support Post Go-Live
§ Engage and develop training and handover to Support Organizations (sustainment model)
§ Planning and stewardship of resources (full time and part time)
Skills & Experience Required
Ø Knowledgeable in the following business processes i.e. Requisitioning; Buying; Contracting; Supplier Collaboration
Ø Advanced communication and presentation skills
Ø Experience with Change Management and Startup activities
Ø SAP ECC and SRM knowledge, Ariba knowledge desirable
Ø Good analytical and organizational skills
Ø Skilled in Visio & Excel applications
Ø Highly self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision
Ø Experience in system projects implementation will be an advantage
Ø Managing teams in virtual environments
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills (facilitator)
