FADP Update

WHAT YOU CAN DO - Please do at least 1 or all 5

1. As a child, Frank Walls was diagnosed with severe organic brain damage and mental illness. These brain disorders have kept him functioning at the level of a 12-year-old. Today, Frank is a remorseful prisoner who has been on Florida's Death Row over 25 years. Now, under the Timely Justice Act, his Death Warrant could be signed at any moment. Please TAKE ACTION and sign and share the petition urging Gov. Rick Scott to convene the Board of Clemency and commute Frank Wall's death sentence to Life in Prison with No Parole. No Florida Death Row inmate has been granted clemency in over 30 years.

2. Please TAKE ACTION!!!  Contact Governor Rick Scott and ask him to STOP SIGNING DEATH WARRANTS. Your calls and emails are counted.

Gov. Rick Scott - Phone: 850-488-7146

Email: Rick.Scott@eog.myflorida.com

3. REP. MICHELLE REHWINKEL VASILINDA HAS FILED HB 4011 "DEATH PENALTY" in the Florida Legislature to end the use of the Death Penalty. Please contact your Florida State Representative and ask them to co-sponsor HB 4011, the "Death Penalty" bill. Also please contact Rep. Rehwinkel Vasilinda and thank her for sponsoring HB 4011.

Rep. Michelle Rehwinkel Vasilinda

Phone: (850) 717-5009

Email: Michelle.Rehwinkel@myfloridahouse.gov

4. Florida human rights activist, Rita Lucey, has begun a grassroots petition for a moratorium on executions. Please consider signing and sharing.

5. FADP is an all-volunteer coalition. Please make the work possible by helping with a donation. It takes a team. Please take these actions and join in doing the work.

It is not about what those on Death Row may have done, it's about US and what WE do.

Please visit and "Like" FADP's Facebook page.

Shine the light,

---Mark
