Title: Sr.QA Analyst with Health Care

Work Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: 10 Months

 

 

Job Description

·          Minimum three (3) years of experience in quality assurance frameworks, methods, and practices, such as ITIL v3, IEEE 829 and ISO 2000.

·          Minimum 10years of experience developing test plans.

·          Minimum three (3) years of experience preparing and executing test cases and test scripts.

·          Minimum one (1) year of experience withAgile/SCRUM system development methodologies.

·          Minimum one (1) year of experience working withMedicare and/or Medi-Cal.

·          Minimum two (2) years of experience with large scale integration of a centralized state system with numerous geographically diverse local systems and organizations.

·          Minimum two (2) years of experience providing quality assurance on IT projects having a minimum one-time cost of two (2) million dollars.

·          Experience and/or familiarity with Enterprise Architecture (EA), Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA), Enterprise Services Bus (ESB) technology and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

 

Desirable Qualifications:

·          Experience in the setup and configuration of HP ALM/QC.

·          Experience and/or familiarity with one or more of the systems affected by this project (MEDS, CHDP Gateway, MRMIB’s Administrative Vendor, Maximus, CA-MMIS).

·          Experience working with HHS and DHCS programs and projects, such as SAWS, MEDS, etc.

·          Experience in a COBOL, OS390 mainframeenvironment.

·          Experience with specialized software used for analyzing, developing and/or testing Web Services interfaces, such as Techwriterfor Web Services, <oXygen/> SML Developer and/or SOAP UI Pro.
