• SQL query writing confedence/ tuning/ working on temp table
• Stored procedure in Jasper report, how they are configured
• web dev experience, tools used
• Javascript, Java spring, Web services, Oracle DB, GWT & Cloud exp plus
• Lead or Coordination experience of onshore/offshore teams
• Strong experience troubleshooting
