Mandatory: Business Analytics, controller or accounting experience

Responsibilities:
Someone with Controller or Accounting background, but who also is comfortable documenting functional requirements for automating manual processes.
Currently system requires manual adjustments to be made, which can be fixed by changing the way some of the upstream systems pass data into our GL system.
The focus of the GAAP project this year is on improving efficiencies in the overall close process. Resource needs to work with the business to understand their processes and design solutions that are more automated or require less intervention.
Position Requirements: 8+ years of experience as controller or accounting experience
