Job Description
· Must have at least three (3) years of experience within the last seven (7) years in each of the following:
o As a functional administrator using a Requirements Management Tool such as the Jama Requirements Management Tool.
o Communicating, escalating, collaborating, and negotiating with a requirements management tool vendor.
· Must have at least five (5) years of experience within the last twelve (12) years performing each of the following:
o Assessment of analysis scope and tasks.
o Planning business analysis tasks.
o Elicitation, definitions and documentation of various business, user, and system requirements.
o Reuse and tracing requirements.
o Perform analysis for business process improvement, application design and workflow automation.
o Modeling and documenting functional designs.
o Leading and working within cross-functional teams that include business subject matter experts, architects, developers, and testers.
· Must have at least five (5) years of experience within the last twelve (12) years producing each of the following business analysis deliverable's:
o Business requirements and business rules
o Functional requirements and/or functional specifications
o Stakeholder requirements
o Transition plans and/or implementation requirements
o Traceability matrices
· Must have at least one (1) year of experience within the last five (5) years performing each of the following:
o Implementing an on-premise solution for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Requirements
o Management Tool such as the Jama Requirements Management Tool.
o Converting and migrating data of existing requirements into the new requirements management tool.
Desirable Qualifications
It is highly desirable for the Proposed Personnel to have the following experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:
· Extensive experience with:
o System Development Life Cycle.
o Developing process workflows.
o Creation and execution of Test Plans and Test Execution Checklists (TEC’s).
o Developing training plans and materials which provide training on the requirements management process in the tool for all user levels; and extensive experience training all user levels.
· Experience refining solutions for requirements management methodology.
· Experience with requirements management industry best practices.
· Exceptional customer service and expectations management skills.
· Experience facilitating joint application design (JAD) and/or collaborative design sessions.
· Strong technical writing skills.
· Strong peer-to-peer coaching skills.
It is desirable for the Proposed Personnel to have the following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:
· IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP or CCBA).
· Strong Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) background.
· Knowledge and experience in public pension and defined contribution plansThanks & Best Regards
