Job Title:                               Business Analyst with Pharma domain

Location:                               San Francisco, CA

Mode of Hiring:                   Contract to Hire (or) Contractor 

          

Must Have Skills:

·         Experience of analysing and mapping business processes/workflows

·         Track record of analysing/gathering business requirements

·         Should have excellent communication skills and adept in managing customer interactions

·         Ability to effectively multi-task and context switch between projects, stakeholders and deliverables

·         Effectively co-ordinate and facilitate discussions and understanding sessions in a geographically distributed project environment 

·         Project experience in Life Sciences (preferably in Commercial Sales & Marketing with Regulatory and Aggregate Spend Reporting experience)

·         Experience of authoring business requirements document

·         Appreciation of various Software Development Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc.)

·         Manage client expectations and day-to-day issue resolution

 Desired Skills:

·         Strong Pharma regulatory (Sunshine Act, etc.) and aggregate spend domain experience

·         Effectively build and manage relationships with a diverse set of business and IT Stakeholders

·         Experience of working in an onsite-offshore model

Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

·         Responsible for end to end requirement elicitation and documentation.

·         Collaborate with the client to manage the UAT

·         Manage client expectations and day-to-day issue resolution

·         Effectively build and manage relationships with a diverse set of business and IT Stakeholders

·         Drive the onshore – offshore teams to deliver the necessary systems

·         Engage with the client stakeholders and manage day to day activities as required by the program management
