Job Title:                               Technical Project Manager (Application Manager)

Location:                               Raleigh, NC

Mode of Hiring:                Long Term Contract 

Responsible for managing, planning and coordinatioan of projects across the full SDLC of a sprint or release on the platform.  The Project Manager coordinates the various stakeholders, BSAs, development teams along a project timeline, and captures metrics/estimates/hours appropriately for budgeting. 

·         Strong Technical Project Manager especially one with excellent experience in managing websites with excellent understanding of Web technologies, including, but not limited to HTML 4, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, SPYD, ICP, ESI, SOAP, REST

·         Ability to manage 4-5 technical tracks simultaneously (for example Portal Replacement project, BAU project, Asia Direct project etc.)

·         Responsible for strategic planning for application upgrades, remediation and replacement

·         Monitor and coordinate contracts, budgets and invoices related to client  projects

·         Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business areas to assist in addressing new IT requests

·         Interface with business, IT and vendors regarding possible risks and issues as well as impacts to other technology systems or application

·         Responsible for raising risks and issues to leadership

·         Document and articulate the Project Plan to various stakeholders

·         Industry certification such as Prince 2 or PMP, Scrum Master

·         Strong relationship management skills, including an ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization

·         Proven leadership skills and experience managing resources

·         Demonstrable experience with Scrum, XP and / or Kanban
