Job Description:
· Experience with Architecting Large scale SharePoint Server 2013, 2010, and MOSS 2007
· Experience developing Information Architecture for organizations of various sizes.
· Experience with publishing SharePoint securely over the Internet using technologies such as firewalls, reverse-proxies, VPN and WAN accelerators.
· Experience with different authentication providers for SharePoint Server such as Active Directory/Kerberos, Forms, Claims, and federation.
· Experience integrating SharePoint Server with other Microsoft server products such as Exchange Server, Lync Server, and SQL Server (i.e. SSRS).
· Experience with farm migrations and upgrades.
· Familiarity with third-party products that integrate with SharePoint Server to extend the platform's functionality such as workflow engines, web parts, and apps.
· Ability to translate business requirements into solutions with a readily identifiable set of features.
· Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and express them in terms that can be easily understood by non-technical decision makers.
· Ability and desire to encourage a team culture that promotes accountability while maintaining enthusiasm and creating growth opportunities for each person on the team
· Skilled and well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
· High level of professionalism and attentiveness, with excellent communication skills
· Ability to maintain an extreme sense of urgency in all interactions with the customer
· Exceptional Email management and written communication skills
Position: SharePoint Specialist
Location: Boise, ID

Description:
SharePoint Specialist Role:
Specific Responsibilities:
· Work with Project Managers and client team members to architect, design, and implement SharePoint 2013 solutions.
· Work closely with customers to assist and develop in the construction of smart interfaces and solutions including search capabilities, workflow, security, and site collection setup.
· Advise customers on best practices in site design, implementation, and management.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve design issues.
Successful Candidates for this position will have:
· Excellent Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 required
· Experience managing and configuring SharePoint site collections
· Experience with SharePoint 2013 features such as business data connectors, SharePoint workflow, Search, and Security
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Active team participation and demonstrated teamwork skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced 24x7 manufacturing environment
· Adherence to process and working knowledge of ITIL principles
· Ability to manage several concurrent projects or tasks
· Self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision
· Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies to support Micron's changing environment
Position: SharePoint Admin
Location: Boise, ID

Administration Role:
Specific Responsibilities:
· Work with Project Managers and client's team members to architect, design, and implement SharePoint 2013 environment.
· Work closely with SharePoint Support Teams and client's SME to maximize interoperability of systems.
· Expected to learn SharePoint's full integration with client.
· Work with multiple vendors to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve design issues.
Successful Candidates for this position will have:
· Excellent Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 required
· Excellent Knowledge and experience with Windows Server operating systems (2003 and 2008)
· Working knowledge of network architectures, Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)
· Working knowledge of Metalogix product suite a plus
· Excellent Knowledge and experience with scripting languages(e.g. WSH, PowerShell) and IIS web programming skills (nice to have, not critical)
· Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Active team participation and demonstrated teamwork skills
