• Proven ability to function in a fast moving and rapidly evolving environment.
• Ability to capture the master data and analytical attributes as relevant to the business systems and reporting requirements that include the key KPIs, metrics and visualization needs.
• Ability to design the conceptual data model for Master Data and Analytics needs.
• Assist and work with the Data Architect to review the logical/conceptual data models and revise as necessary.
• Proficient in MS Visio to be able to produce As-Is master data relevant data flows across business systems.
• Fundamental understanding and background of Data Modeling design and development.

Job Responsibilities
• The purpose of this project is to develop and implement a Master Data Framework and provide internal and external facing analytics, both prescriptive and predictive enabled by Common Data Layer architecture that includes In-Memory and big data type stores like SAP HANA, Sybase IQ and Hadoop. This enables to achieve the business intelligence insights to improve profitability, market share, and to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
• Act as a liaison between the data scientist and the data architect by identifying and building data models needed for analytics and validating them
• Work with the data modelers on the common data layer architecture that includes SAP HANA, Sybase IQ and Hadoop data stores. Does NOT require skills in HANA, IQ and Hadoop
2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.
