Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Design (or other related field) required;
• An understanding of technology assisted decision making (i.e., automated decision aids)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and expertise in web-based user interface design and evaluation methods
• 5+ years of experience in Human Factors Engineering, or related field, with most recent experience in web design
• Demonstrated ability to be an advocate for the user
• Visual design experience a plus
• HTML5/CSS3 a plus
Requirements:
