Demonstrate at least 2 program experiences where the below described skill profile is evident
2. Typically 12-15+ years of experience
3. Experience in a Big 5 consulting firm is an added plus
1. Has played Advisory/Consulting Partner role for Account Receivables (Order to Cash life cycle) related Business-IT change programs
2. Ability to bring best practices in AR processess and contextualize within the Client's revenue management strategy
3. Oracle EBS AR platform is must
4. Has helped drive quantifiable efficiencies/improve business metrics in the areas of Invoicing, payment matching and Collections
5. Will be able to define "Balance Forward Billing" & "Late Fee" capabilities by customer segments/personas to ensure optimal risk-reward without affecting customer attrition. Be able to make the client's implementation of these features as a market differentiator.
6. Has demonstrable experince in conduting Requirement Discovery workshops. Please read this different from standard Requirement Gathering workshops
