SAP Project Manager /€" Performance Testing and Security

Requisition Details:
• Overall 10 years planning and/or management experience
• Past experience managing end to end web development projects in Apple
• Proven experience managing projects using waterfall, agile or similar software development life cycles
• Experience working with and managing resources that are geographically dispersed i.e. working in onsite-offshore delivery model
• Must have working knowledge and experience using RADAR, Espresso and other relevant internal Apple tools
• Project Manager with skill to monitor, guide and review project
• Good Communication Skill
Job Responsibilities - Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be performing a wide range of duties including all of the following:
• Plan the project
o Understand the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
o Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
o Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
o Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
• Manage the project team
o In consultation with the appropriate manager, interview and select potential candidates with appropriate skills for the project activities if/when required
o Manage project team according to the established policies and practices as specified by Apple managers
o Ensure that the project team receives an appropriate KT to the project if and when required
• Implement the project
o Execute the project according to the project plan
o Develop forms and records to document project activities
o Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
o Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
o Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including the project team and Apple Managers regarding the progress of the project
o Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Control the project
o Write reports on the project for Apple management reporting status of deliverables
o Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
• Evaluate the project
o Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality, this should be done in conjunction with Apple management
o Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the each phase of the project
