Job description=
To lead 24*7 support to client with co-ordination of onsite and offshore team members to ensure module deliverables are met as per the client requirements. (1.) To co-ordinate and assign work between onsite and offshore team members based on the new/open issues for timely and successful closure (2.) To document new learning's and processes and internally sharing those with the team members for their development. (3.) To generate value Ideas| arranging sessions like KT| trainings| etc. for enhancing customer satisfaction. (4.) To provide support for critical business processes in the module/s assigned. (5.) To report team progress and status to HCL leads
• Must possess good interpersonal skills
• Must possess good communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Must already be sufficiently competent in dimensional data modeling to design data warehouses and data marts
• Must have demonstrated expertise in core competencies of data modeling, ETL (preferably using Informatica), and SQL (preferably using Oracle PL/SQL).
• Experience with Neolane, Unica, Epiphany or other CRM tools is a plus.
