Rate: $50/hr on C2C
Description: Part of Support team, Need to handle L2 tickets as well and when L1.5 team is not working in a particular shift they have to handle L1.5 response as well.
a) Technically good in Java / J2EE
b) Should have worked in Support Projects leading teams at onsite
c) Should possess good analytical / problem solving skills
d) Should have good communication skills
e) Should have exposure to ITIL processes
