Job Summary/Job Description: 
Will work as a Test and Quality Assurance Manager directly on-site with client. Will be part of global Testing organization.
The Test Manager is responsible for structured and testable requirements delivered and defined by the project.
Responsible for the creation or modification of project test plans for assigned projects in scope of the release, based on the previously created/updated master test plan.
Responsible for the import of structured requirements into Client ALM, to make it possible to measure the test coverage of the requirement within the test design and execution phase.
Responsible for the creation of high-level testcase scenarios. This role sets up the agreed standardized reporting within Client ALM
Responsible for the review/modification/creation of detailed testcases in the Client ALM Test Plan as well as their linkage with the in Client ALM imported requirements
A minimum of 7-10yrs relevant work experience with 2 years of Test Management experience with at least 1 year of experience using Client Quality Center
ISTQB or equivalent certification perferred
Knowledge of standard business process, functional and system capabilities
Attend meetings, document findings, identify gaps, guide discussions and identify/propose solution and issue resolution to overall solution, architecture or business processes
Maintains necessary PM related reporting and tools as outlined by PMO
Hands-on experience in Acceptance, Integration, and Functional testing on various platforms
Experience testing applications ranging from enterprise-level to small web-based and client server.
Strong proficiency working with Client Quality Center (ALM)
Experience in Quality Standards (e.g., ASQ, QAI) preferred.
Candidate must have a college degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test

execution. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status. Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and

integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business. Documents all problems and assists in their resolution. Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an .
