JOB DESCRIPTION:
| SOLUTION ANALYST - BACK OF HOUSE (BOH) |
| · 5-7 years in business requirements gathering and definition highly desired |
| · 3 – 5 years in information technology or working with information technology professionals |
| · IIBA certification preferred |
| · Expertise associated with a Tibco BusinessWorks environment, web development, etc. XML, SQL |
| · Expertise in application such as Infinium, HRIS, Stratton Warren, Kronos, Datamagine, Query - Program/library knowledge |
| · Understanding of Application interfaces between BOH applications |
| · Programming knowledge/Troubleshooting |
| · Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts |
| · Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements |
| · Strong organizational skills, customer service focus, attention to detail, and process orientation |
| · Assist in providing input for project/effort modeling and sizing of solutions |
| · Develop functional and technical specifications from the business requirements |
| · Develop criteria for supporting developed solutions |
| · In partnership with the Product Manager team provide subject matter expertise for determining business requirements to address business opportunities or issues across business functions within a Las Vegas Sands functional vertical. |
| · Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis |
| · Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: business requirements, functional requirements, Use Cases |
| · Collaborate with developers to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs |
| · Ability to distill and present information to senior leaders |
| · Comfortable in an Admin or report creation role on applications in general. |
| · Flexibly adapt to a changing environment |
| · Must be willing to be 24 x 7 on-call support |
