Must Have:

ü  6-8 yrs. experience

ü  Experienced in developing Rich Internet Applications (RIA) using Adobe Flex, Action Script and other Flex supported technologies,  Jasper Reporting and familiarity with Matrix framework will be plus.

ü  Extensive experience in Analysis, Design and Development of Large-Scale applications using J2EE technologies like (JDBC, JSP, Servlets), Core Java, MVC Frameworks like Struts, Spring and on customized framework along with XML Technologies with tools like JBuilder, JDeveloper, RAD and Eclipse.
