QA Analyst/Tester with both automated & manual testing

6 months+ contract
Visa copy is must
o Must have strong experience with both automated & manual testing (see job description for full details)
MUST HAVE:
• 3+ years of recent Automated testing experience including:
o test engineering using record and playback
o data-driven testing
o performance test automation frameworks
o This experience must include an advanced ability to create objects and methods, and hand-coded test scripts using automated testing tools.
• 7+ years of experience of Manual testing for client-server and web applications including
o Authoring test plans
o Authoring test cases
o Documenting of defects
• 7+ years of strong experience with relational databases
• 7+ years experience using SQL for data analysis and data validation (including writing a viable query containing tables and several variables)
• Experience working with banking or finance clients
• 2+ years of experience using Quality Center and/or SmartBear tools (QA Complete, Test Complete, and Load Complete)
NICE TO HAVE: (the more of these a candidate has, the more likely they are to get the job)
• 2+ years of strong experience of using a code repository/version control such as Subversion or Git
• 2+ years of experience with XML, HTML, JavaScript and scripting languages on different operating systems such as Linux and Windows
• Solid experience and understanding of Web Services (XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST, etc.)
