Position Overview:
Servicing Portfolio Analytics team provides the analytic support to Single Family Portfolio Servicing areas. The CW position in this group will responsible for provide the primary data and analytic functions that enable the:
· Single Family Non-performing loan sales
· Voluntary Partial Cancelation Transactions, and
· MSR Transfers
Responsibility:
· perform initial loan population scrubbing and tape cracking
· prepare data tapes for third-party vendors
· collect and compile data from multiple sources, requiring direct interaction with external parties
· perform data validation and reconciliation
· maintain records of changes and updates along the deal process
· perform NPL valuation using model, model use, and analytic EUC
· transaction management and documentation
Skills required:
· Familiar with Single Family Mortgage data
· Strong programming skills in SAS, SQL, CAS, Excel, etc.
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Quick learner
· Multitasking
· Fast paced work
