· Batch Jobs Maintenance
· Transports
· Spool Mgmt
· Maintenance
· System Refresh
· System Monitoring
· SAP Marketplace Functions
· Certificate and deployments
· DR Setup
· System Audits/SOX related activities
· Capacity planning
· Archiving strategy
· Working knowledge of Solution Manager
· Early Watch Alerts analysis and remediation.
· Knowledge / hands on OS / Oracle DB for trouble shooting.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Flexibility to adapt and inculcate industry best practices as mandated by customer and TCS management.
2. Communicates continually with the client and project teams - Explains progress on the development effort
3. Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies
4. Working closely with team members and follow hand over take over process
