· Hands on Experience in FileNet P8 & Records Management (P8 5.2 or higher)

· File Plan Design & Implementation

· Classification rules, Retention Rules & Disposition Rules design & Implementation

· RM - APIs and Workflow implementations

· Taxonomy

· Content & Security Model - Design & Implementation

· Hands on Experience in Spring/ Hibernate.
