Job Description:
· Performs analysis, design, programming, and modification of computer application programs.
· Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications.
· Responsible for complex analysis, design, programming, and modification of computer application programs.
· May lead and direct the work of others.
· Engineering degree in computer science or relevant field
· Requires at least 3 years relevant experience.
· Intermediate level knowledge of C++ development in Windows Desktop environment using MS Visual Studio
· Works under general supervision. Primary job functions may require exercising independent judgment.
· Demonstrated ability to take a concept from requirement through design.
· Has in-depth knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in software development.
· Good problem-solving skills
· Good software design skills
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Experience in DDS, TCP/IP, or HLA
· Knowledge of simulation/serious games
· Experience with AI, HTML, XML, network, test tools and database
· Experience with computer graphics (and concepts)
· Experience with real time systems and multi-threaded programming
