 Must Have:

ü  8+ years of IT experience

ü  Hands on Silverlight development experience

ü  Hands on HTLM5/CSS3/JavaScript development experience

ü  Experience with Knockout JS or other MVVM JavaScript framework

ü  Experience doing a previous Silverlight to HTML migration highly desirable

ü  Strong analytical  and problem solving abilities

ü  Well-versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies

ü  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent work experience.

ü  Good experience in working with offshore and geographically diversified teams

ü  Good understanding and hands on experience in Agile

ü  Strong written and spoken communication skills.
