Role: Core Java Developer

Duration: 6 months

Location: Omaha, NE

 

Job Description:

·         Java - Has to have solid Java experience, not theory

o   Core Java, OO Programming, design patterns (why they are needed, and when to use which one), good knowledge on Java library collections, multi-threading

·         Should be able to write complex SQLs, indexing

·         Should have worked in an agile project, have experience in Test driven execution

o   CI tool is Jenkins

·         Develop scripts on J-Unit or any other similar tool

·         Should have in-depth knowledge on JMS (Apache active MQ)

·         Should have worked on SOA, used REST APIs

·         Should have basic knowledge and ability to navigate and trouble shoot in LINUX. Commands like GREP, how to search and kill a process that is running

Nice to have skills:

·         Hibernate

·         Spring

·         Development for the cloud - what should be considered

·         Experience working with a SQL database

·         Knowledge of WSO2
