Position : Risk Project Manager

Location: NYC

Duration: Long Term

 

Qualifications:

·         5-10 years of management consulting, advisory, and/or professional services experience at a recognized consulting firm, including project/program management/leadership in software implementations

·         Experience within the financial technology industry designing and implementing Risk Management Systems – credit, market, and/or operational risk – or Regulatory Compliance Systems

·         Deep knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks (CCAR, DFAST, Basel, etc.)

·         Demonstrated experience translating Business requirements to Technology teams and then leading technology implementations (project management)

·         Very strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex methods/architectures to non-technical audiences

·         Ability to lead workshops with senior level participants (from both Business side and Technology)

·         Understanding of data management tools, applications, flows

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or quantitative discipline

Preferred

·         Master's Degree

·         Good knowledge of SAS ® software – tools and solutions

·         At least 7 years of experience managing high-level client relationships in financial services

·         At least 5 years of experience in selling and negotiating professional services
