Duration: 6 months
1) Ensuring the team is pulling work from its backlog for test planning/data set up/execution.
2) Managing and reporting out the capacity of the team to take on work (backfills/coverage while people are out/etc.)
3) Managing test execution & performing test execution
4) Understanding Test automation and doing it hands on
5) Managing the Subject Matter Expertise (functionality, tools, etc.) of the team (putting measurements and programs to ensure the team is functionally sound in Triumph). Cross Training the team effectively.
6) Tracking/publishing all testing metrics to show and measure improvements….metrics should be reviewed at least quarterly with Director and VP level to show measurable improvements.
7) Strong Agile Understanding
