Description           :              

 

1.             Lead the team working on Sterling commerce (AVM with support and enhancements) with heaving customization for their B2B and B2C storefront applications  serving K-12, Higher education markets in the publishing segment

2.             Manage a team of 10-15 associates including architects, BAs and QA team working on support requests, minor and major enhancements

3.             Coordinate with business stakeholders and prioritize the work streams for support and enhancements

4.             Understand the technical landscape and guide the team from ecommerce perspective

5.             Participate in platform roadmap discussions towards SOA/ESB enablement and migration to WebSphere commerce

6.             Prior experience in leading/managing support engagements of large scale ecommerce sites

7.             Good understanding of performance tuning, optimization and continuous integration process and tools

8.             Strong client interfacing and communication skills

9.             10-12 years of experience in the industry with strong Java/J2EE background and atleast 3-4 yrs in a PM role with end to end project management  (Agile experience is  preferable) responsibilities
