·         Bachelor's Degree (Design / Interactive) or equivalent design experience

·         3-5 years Web visual design experience

·         Mastery of appropriate tools & technology

·         Advanced Photoshop

·         Working knowledge of Illustrator

·         Understanding of the capabilities relating to the use of front-end Web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript a benefit

·         Proven talent in graphic and interactive design

·         Retail/fashion brand or agency experience desired; ecommerce experience ideal

·         Design for tablet & mobile UI
