SQL developer with VBA exp

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 3-6 months contract may extend

Rate: $40/hr on c2c

Technical expertise in the following:

An understanding of relational database architectures and data elements

SQL Developer or similar coding software (using joins, sub-queries, unions, subquery factoring, unpivot, temp tables and stored procedures) 

Microsoft Excel (using and creating PivotTables, PivotCharts, advanced formulas, dynamic ranges, advanced charting, Slicers)

Excel VBA (create conditions & loops, userforms, arrays and custom functions)

Tableau Experience preferred

 

Jr.QA Tester/ Validator ( 4 Positions)

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Duration::3-6 months

Rate: $40/hr on C2C

This is for 4 separate positions reporting to the same manager doing the same role. 

• Candidate will be required to participate in data conversion validation testing and activities. 
• Will be accessing and navigating in legacy Oracle system in order to view existing data and comparing that legacy data to the converted data in the new Oracle environment. 
• Will be required to document errors following established processes. 
• Participate in all preparation and coordination of data validation activities. 
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders 
• Tracks and reports status of testing deliverables 
• Review, Track and management of test defects 
• Identify and escalate project level quality issues and risks 
• Assess the progress and effectiveness of the test effort 
The candidate should have 
• Knowledge of structured test methods and processes 
• A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work 
• Experience as part of a larger team of test analysts 
• Knowledge of project management tools and systems a plus 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team
