>> Experience of at least 2-3 Implementation cycle
>> Experience in configuring the system
>> Must be able to create functional and technical design documents
>> Should have good technical knowledge on Application designer, People Code, App engine, CI, IB , SQR, XML Publisher, PS Query, PS Security and be able to train the team members
>> Should have extensive technical and functional testing experience on PS HRMS domain
>> Should have high initiative to work on his own without guidance
>> Should have good working experience with business user
>> Interpersonal and communication skills
