Defines business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues.
Participates in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation.
Analyzes current processes and recommends solutions and improved processes.
May also oversee the acquisition, analysis and dissemination of subject matter knowledge. Provides technical and business knowledge to clients. Keeps abreast of technological and competitive developments. Conducts research on industry practices and standards and other benchmarking data. Codes and maintains business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications.
Experience in the analysis and testing phases in the development cycle. In addition having experience of 3 to 6 years.
Need strong MS Access and Share Point development skills.
As well as Project Management skills.
Very strong business analyst with the above skills.
MS Access Skills required: Will need to import data from Excel spreadsheets Create Reports Build Master Tables SharePoint Skills: •Redesign the site, to allow different tabs and libraries
•Move and modify the existing folder structure
•Help with the links of contracts that currently reside on the site
•Add a calendar capability for tracking the RRP team time off

BizTalk/FTP Administrator

In addition, they need at least 2 people with the same experience plus some kind of MFT (managed file transfer) product like Cleo or Move-It. These positions will be to install, configure, and test the MFT product.

Job Description - Senior Developer:
The position will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for CTIS, which is a CMMi Level 3 certified company and uses RUP methodology for software development lifecycle. The position will work closely with the business community to perform technical analysis for designing solutions, evaluating options that include but are not limited to: new program development, configuration of existing systems, new package/system evaluation or a combination of these options. Has an emphasis for designing solutions that balance business need and technical complexity. Has experience working in entire development lifecycle for a product/application, including both back-end and front-end development. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid education and a desire to work for a fast-paced, medium sized corporate organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a "roll-up your sleeves" attitude.
The responsibilities include:
Project-related Responsibilities:
· Understand regulatory/health care business concepts and practices
· Work independently on high complexity applications.
· Establish functional and technical specifications and estimate effort that accurately reflect the design requirements and standards
