JOB DESCRIPTION:-

 

•              Has business and technical knowledge of investment processes including, but not limited to securities pricing, reference data management, and market data vendor processing.

•              Has experience implementing solutions based on third party software applications.

•              Eagle PACE experience desirable.  Pricing Center experience strongly desired.

•              Uses solid business knowledge to develop rapid proactive solutions for significant business issues

•              Clearly and oral communication skills to make technical or non-technical material understandable to the business units, to make presentations to management and other personnel, and to conduct meetings and training sessions

•              Superior Knowledge of Oracle database systems w/5 plus years design and development experience in PL/SQL, SQL, Store Procedure, Function, Cursor, Packages, Sequence, and Policy. Familiar with Oracle libraries and APIs. Sybase desirable

•              Superior Knowledge of relational database environment, logical model design w/3 plus years' experience, Oracle and Sybase preferred

•              Solid knowledge of database performance tuning, w/2 plus years' experience

•              Knowledge of UNIX environment, shell or Perl scripting

•              Experience with AutoSys Scheduler, File Watcher desirable

•              Experience with Java desirable
